Angie Weiss

We wanted to let you all know that Angie Weiss, the wife of DSG and OVPCA member Dick Weiss, passed away at 5:22 am Sunday morning, Dec 20th.
Saturday the 19th was her 84th birthday.
We will keep everyone updated on details for a service, or whatever the family plans.
She was a very gracious lady and always supported Dick and his enthusiasm for all things Porsche.
If you would like to send Dick and the family a note or card it can be sent to:

Carol Uhlmann

It was with great sadness that our DSG members were informed of Carol’s passing. We all enjoyed her company at our events
and will always be remembered as for her positive outlook and her many talents and interests outside of the car club.
We will all miss you dearly, Rest In Peace Carol.

Uhlmann, Carol Ann, age 70, of Bellbrook, passed away Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton.

Carol loved to work out, she would attend her spinning class many times throughout the week. If you knew Carol, you would know that she loved her family and grandchildren more than anything. When she wasn’t sewing, embroidering and creating things for her son Brennan’s interior design business, you could find her shopping for some brand new purses and shoes with her daughter, Brandie. She will be remembered most for the love that she had for all of her family and friends.

She was born May 1st, 1949 to Clara Nanette (Hamblet) and James E Massey. Carol was employed as a Branch Specialist for PNC Bank for over 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James L Massey, and infant son Derek Brian Hovell.

Carol is survived by her husband of 25 years, Gunther “Fred” Uhlmann, and children Brennan Michael (Erik Kegler) Hovell, Brandie Suzanne Hovell-Barlow, Kurt Uhlmann, and Liz (Mark) Sawyer; grandchildren, Liam and Drew Barlow, Joseph and Avery Uhlmann, Nathan, Cody and Lexi Sawyer; her sister, Bonnie (Gino) Prudholm and brother, Richard Massey; uncle, George Massey and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Ken Allison

Longtime DSG member Ken Allison passed away on Oct 25, 2018. He will always be remembered for his
904 project which took years to complete, but was well known around the mid west Porsche concours shows. Rest in Peace my friend..
