A judged Car and Coffee Concours was held by the Ohio Valley PCA on Sat morning Oct 3rd at the Sozo Church
Parking lot in Loveland, Ohio. Good coffee and donuts greeted the early arrivers on a brisk but sunny Saturday
morning. About 60 cars entered the concours which was judged in one of five classes. You drove your car up to the judges
area when your class was called and you were interviewed by none other than Mr Kurt Niemeyer, while the judges had three
minutes to judge your Porsche. Give Kurt a microphone and a PA system and talking for three minutes was hardly a
challenge by our esteemed vintage car meister.
DSG members took home two awards, both runners up in their classes.
Stan Yarrish took home an “Outstanding Concours Award” plaque for his 1957 T1 Aquamarine Blue metallic coupe.
And Steve Leiding took home the same award for his 1970 911E air cooled coupe. Well done DSG.
