Most of you know that I owned a 1957 356A Coupe, but just couldn’t find the time to finish the project. Well, 2019 is the year! With the help of Tom Oerther and the guys at HH Motorcars, 58889 is almost ready for the road.
I test drove the car today, 8/21/2019 around the block three times today as a short shakedown run. The major work was installing a new Y&Z wiring harness and fuse box.
The goal would be to take the car to the Porsche/VW reunion barring any new issues. Let’s hope we make it.
Success, the car was driven to the Porsche/VW Reunion on Sept 29th and was chosen as one of the Top 20 Porsches.
